hey Mike, the schedule looks sweet! Here are the three letters, they're pretty short but to the point. Doug, Hector and Natasha can add to them if they want. 1. To whom it may concern, I have volunteered my services as a make-up artist to Micheal Welchman and Jesse Konnert for their video production providing it's approval by Emmedia. 2. To whom it may concern, I agree to provide Micheal Welchman and crew with construction consulting services in the development and production of their video project pending the approval of their project by Emmedia. 3. To whom it may concern, I hereby grant Micheal Welchman and Jesse Konnert access to Streetside project construction sites for the purpose of independent video production pending the approval of their production by Emmedia. All peoples involved in the video production are subject to streetside safety policy.
